ATTA Welcomes New Members

Since the February 2007 installment of AdventureTravelNews™, more than 50 new members have joined the Adventure Travel Trade Association.  Membership renewals also are strong with very little attrition, signaling the value of the ATTA and its work with industry partners. Corporate membership expansion since February includes the addition of tourism boards (with strong representation from Europe), tour operators from around the world including many of the industry’s known leading providers, plus media, airline, gear manufacturers and service organization representatives.  With the ATTA and Adventure Council partnership, the ATTA will grow again by more than 100 members bringing overall corporate membership to nearly 400.  Such growth signals that stronger networking, potential partnership development, and increasing industry influence lay ahead.  If you’re not already a member, connect immediately with the ATTA’s growing network by visiting http://www.adventuretravel.biz/membership.asp.
