Euforia Expeditions

Euforia Expeditions is an organization whose primary goal is to share with expeditioners the splendors of Costa Rica offering a new option in cultural adventure travel. We would like to share with existing and flourishing agencies several travel packages aimed towards adventurers who are in seek of an alternative, people who love adventure, who are searching for new travel destinations, who want to go beyond their limits.

We have designed a series of packages for your customers to explore this beautiful tropical country. Rich in biodiversity, with breathtaking mountains, volcanoes, impressive waterfalls and beaches, Euforia Expeditions lead travelers to exuberant places, marvelous landscapes, where they may admire flora and fauna not found anywhere else in the planet. Adventure enthusiasts can enjoy the peace and tranquility of fine rustic hotels that have been built in harmony with the surrounding nature not to harm the ecosystem.

Taking under consideration the diverse likes and preferences of your clients, we have designed expeditions with different levels of intensity, with varied types of accommodations and an extensive array of authentic local dishes that satisfy the most demanding tastes. The planned activities for each expedition, be it a standard adventure package or a personalized expedition, offer within the expedition a cross-section of disciplines such as canyoneering, kayak, trekking, land navigation and mountain biking, plus some extreme sporting disciplines never before applied in adventure travel itineraries in Costa Rica.

We visit areas not regularly visited in order to provide your customers with an intense experience amidst the wonders Costa Rica hides deep inside and to enjoy ecotourism and adventure tourism in locations such as: The Cloud Forest of Monteverde, the Arenal Volcano and the northern territories in areas that are not often visited by tourists, non-commercial locations. Peak Kamuk in the south, the second highest peak in Costa Rica, with a maximum height of 3,549 meters (11,644 feet), Peak Kamuk stands strong rising well above the dense jungle of the Cordillera de Talamanca, one of Costa Rica’s most important forests due to its biodiversity and source of clean air working as a natural air purifier. Kamuk is home of several indigenous groups with whom we have personal relationships. These are cultures that have lived and survived in these lands for thousands of years. The Osa Peninsula and Corcovado National Park region also offer not often seen wonders that await new adventurers.

Euforia Expeditions is renowned for its personalized attention and qualified team that customize packages attending your customer’s specific needs, from one person to passenger groups never larger than 15 people, to promote teambuilding and a more comfortable experience within our expeditions. Throughout the expedition, adventurers will enjoy a package that satisfies their expectations, with an ‘all taken care of’ program, so that they need not worry about having to carry money to pay for meals and accommodations, cash should only be needed if the expeditioner wants to purchase souvenirs.

Euforia Expeditions is oriented towards different segments of the market, such as: high school and college students, adventure racers, expeditioners, outdoor enthusiasts, amidst others.

Euforia’s main focus is the cultural aspect of adventure travel, introducing expeditioners to mountain villagers, fishing communities and indigenous groups will make of these expeditions unforgettable experiences.

We wish to offer our services in order to help complement the variety of products you have available at the moment.

Within the different types of expeditions we offer we will give brief lectures and workshops during the expeditions on topics such as motivational lectures, ecotourism and biology, environmental topics, rope work and equipment use, land navigation and mountaineering, as well as survival techniques. Also, our specialized team may set up training programs for athletes in the area of adventure racing. All lectures and programs are given by specialists in each area.

We are interested in business relationships with those agencies that have not yet provided their customers with cultural experiences in adventure travel and who are interested in complementing their services by promoting expeditions and customized adventure packages in Costa Rica. We are also looking forward to alliances with those companies who already have experience in cultural adventure travel and who would be interested in joining strengths with a rapid growing company with experience in the area.
