Three Tour Operators To Earn Scholarships
The application process closed on April 30th for the 2013 Tour Operator Scholarship Program. The program — a partnership between the ATTA and the legal office of Rome McGuigan, P.C. — seeks to provide financial support to early-stage adventure tourism enterprises and includes a ticket to the 2013 Summit.
Pre-Summit Adventures and Two Day Adventures
All delegates are invited to participate in Pre-Summit Adventures and Two Day Adventures to explore Namibia’s culture, wildlife, history and endless horizons. Namibia Tourism is offering more than 30 Pre-Summit Adventure options and 40 options for the Two Days of Adventure.

For its 10th Adventure Travel World Summit, the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) has selected Namibia – one of the few countries in the world with conservation and environmental management mandated in its Constitution.
Namibia To Host the 2013 Adventure Travel World Summit
An adventure that began in Chiapas, Mexico, when a delegation from Namibia lead by the Honourable Minister of Environment and Tourism Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah attended the 2011 Adventure Travel World Summit, has culminated with Namibia being selected to host the 2013 ATWS.
