Perry Lungmus, Director of Marketing, Cruise West
A 20-year veteran of the travel industry, Perry Lungmus literally grew up in the business. His family owned a travel agency in suburban Chicago. He worked there during summers, eventually managing it and helping it grow. Lungmus' family ties to travel enabled him to see the much of the world at a young age.

His resulting career choice solidly in place, Lungmus has since worked as an executive at some of the country's leading travel companies including Olsen TravelWorld, Cartan Tours, Abercrombie & Kent and travel agency consortium, Virtuoso. Lungmus currently leads a marketing and publishing group with offices in the USA, Brazil and England.

Thus far, Lungmus has logged personal journeys through more than 60 countries, including travel deep into off-the-beaten-path destinations such as Cambodia, Tibet, Papua New Guinea, Greenland and Chile.

Lungmus resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife Cynthia, daughter Kara and son Jamie. An avid skier and hiker, Lungmus enjoys time in the mountains with friends and family.
