Tasmania, an island at the edge of the world, was made for outdoor adventure and seeing wildlife up close. With nearly half the state protected by national parks and reserves, it is one of the last great temperate wilderness areas on Earth. Enthusiasts come to Tasmania for walking, mountain biking, golf, fly fishing, and to experience their passion in a way like never before. An array of adventures along with Tasmanian hospitality and stunning environments elevate experiences to beyond the ordinary.

Epic adventures abound in Tassie: whether it is walking among lush green forests, rugged alpine plains, or dramatic natural formations, taking a dip at white sandy, uncrowded beaches, or kayaking to spot platypus.

Explorers and adventure seekers can walk among rainforests of towering eucalyptus and giant 1,000 year old King Billy pines, see wombats, wallabies and Tasmanian devils up close, and rejuvenate with yoga and wellness, while breathing in pristine, pure air. Meanwhile, the island state’s reputation for incredible local produce, particularly cheese, seafood, cool climate wines, artisan beers, whiskey and gin ensures visitors will be well-fed (and well-imbibed).

This webinar is designed for tour operators, wholesalers, travel advisors/agents and media interested in discovering the diversity of Tasmania, Australia’s island state.
