Where will AdventureELEVATE take place?
AdventureELEVATE will be held at the Graduate Hotel in Eugene, Oregon, just a quick 10 miles from the Eugene Airport. Delegates are invited to book their accommodations at the Graduate Hotel or one of the many other hotels nearby. All AdventureELEVATE sessions will take place in the Graduate Hotel Conference Centre.

Arriving to Eugene, Oregon
Accessible by air, rail and road, Eugene, Oregon, is easy to reach. Major airlines offer direct flights to the Eugene Airport, and Amtrak service connects the area with numerous West Coast destinations.
By Air
Fly into the Eugene Airport (EUG) directly from these major cities in the U.S.: Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Oakland, Phoenix, Phoenix-Mesa, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Chicago, San Diego, and Seattle. The airport is conveniently located only 15 minutes from downtown Eugene. United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Air, American Airlines, and Allegiant Air all service Eugene Airport.

By Train
Amtrak Cascades and Amtrak trains provide service from Los Angeles to British Columbia.
With a station in downtown Eugene and downtown Portland, this is an ideal mode of transportation to and from the Eugene area. The Graduate Eugene is one block from the Amtrak Station.
Airport Transfers
The Graduate Eugene offers shuttle service from EUG to the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. When your plane lands, call the front desk at (541) 342-2000 to check availability and request a ride. Other options include car rentals, Uber/Lyft, or taxi services readily available onsite.
Activities
The Eugene, Cascades & Coast region offers year-round outdoor activities, and in the month of May, it will be hard not to stay outside the entire time. For delegates who want to explore before the event, stop by and visit Hayward Field, the Cascades Raptor Center, McKenzie’s River National Recreation Trail for hiking and mountain biking, plus many local breweries.

Passports & Travel Visa
International visitors to the USA must carry a valid passport and, if required, a valid visa. For delegates who are citizens of countries that require a visa, the ATTA can provide you with an invitation letter to assist you in your visa application. Registered delegates only, fill out the Visa Letter Request Form. Your invitation letter will be delivered by email as a PDF file within five business days.
Climate
Weather in Eugene, Oregon in May averages in the high 60°F/19°C’s in the day and low 40°F/7°C’s in the evening. Be sure to wear layers as the weather and inside air conditioning varies. Also, check the weather closer to the event to pack accordingly for any adventures you may participate in.
Attire
As with all ATTA events, the attire is ‘Adventure Casual’. Adventure Casual means jeans or pants with a shirt or fleece, on occasion you may see a sport jacket or very casual dress. COVID-19 Information
In order to protect delegates and the community of Eugene, Oregon from COVID-19, ATTA requires that all AdventureELEVATE delegates be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
