Accommodations

AdventureELEVATE will be held in the The Westin Snowmass Resort. Discounted event rates are available at the Westin:

– $139 per night for single/double rooms
– $164 per night for triple rooms
– $189 per night for quad rooms

Rates do not include applicable state, local taxes and resort service charge. The resort service charge has been discounted to $15.00 per day and includes: shuttle service to and from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport ($90 value), high speed internet in guestrooms (regularly $9.95 per day), local shuttles and calls.

Airports

Snowmass is one of the most accessible Rocky Mountain resorts – there are hundreds of nonstop and connecting flights weekly to Aspen/Snowmass, Eagle, Grand Junction and Denver airports.

– Denver International Airport (DIA): Estimated drive time to Snowmass: 3 hours, 38 minutes
– Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE): Estimated drive time to Snowmass: 1 hour, 21 minutes
– Grand Junction Airport (GJT): Estimated drive time to Snowmass: 1 hour, 21 minutes

Transfers

For those who book their accommodations at The Westin Snowmass Resort, the discounted resort service charge includes shuttle service to and from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport.

Colorado Mountain Express is offering AdventureELEVATE delegates a 35% discount off shuttle rates from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Aspen/ Snowmass. Shuttles depart Denver (DIA) to Snowmass at 12:30pm and 3:30pm and from Snowmass to Denver (DIA) 6:30am and 9:30am. Shuttle times can take around 4-5 hours depending on stops. Climate

Surrounded by many of Colorado’s breathtaking mountain peaks, the base of Snowmass is at approximately 8,104 (2,470 m) with the average high temperature of 70°F for the beginning of June, and lows around 40°F. Be sure to check the weather to pack accordingly for the event and any adventures you may take.

Attire

As with all ATTA events, the attire is ‘Adventure Casual’. Adventure Casual means jeans or pants with a shirt or fleece, on occasion you may see a sport jacket or very casual dress. An additional warmer jacket or sweater is recommended for the cool evenings.
