Approved hosted buyers and official media delegates are hosted on a post-adventure at no cost. Delegates participating in a Post-Adventure must participate in a pre-adventure in Madhya Pradesh. Post adventures end on the date indicated on the itinerary.
Before You Book:
Read the itinerary thoroughly. Note the activities and trip difficulty rating and make sure they are suitable for your interest and ability.
Double check your itinerary start and end time/date before booking airfare. Note: All delegates will likely need transit through Delhi. Some pre-adventures explicitly include this travel in their itinerary and others do not.
Approved hosted buyers and official media delegates will have this hotel night and airport transfers in the transit city arranged and the cost covered.
Hotel accommodations and most meals are provided during your adventure (see inclusions/exclusions in the itinerary PDF).
Adventures have limited space and are available on a first come, first-served basis.
All post-adventures are subject to change, and in extreme cases, cancellation. If this occurs, the ATTA will work with you to find an alternate adventure.
Only one delegate per company/organization can book the same adventure.
Important Notice: There are inherent risks in the activities offered during the Pre-Adventures and throughout AdventureNEXT India. The ATTA highly recommends that all AdventureNEXT participants purchase travel insurance to provide the level of protection and support you require during your involvement at AdventureNEXT and during any Pre-Adventure or Post-AdventureNEXT activities. The ATTA encourages delegates to consider purchasing travel insurance with ATTA’s Travel Insurance Partner – World Nomads. Additional ATTA travel insurance and safety/medical member providers include: AIG, Global Rescue, and Ripcord – powered by Redpoint.
The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board has arranged for other entities to provide indoor and outdoor activities for AdventureNEXT participants. By choosing a pre-adventure tour, you recognize that neither the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA), nor its agents, servants, employees, and/or officers, are in any way responsible for any activities conducted by other entities. You further agree to Release and Discharge the ATTA and its agents, servants, employees and/or officers from any claim relating to either the selection of the other entities or the suitability of the entity to provide the indoor or outdoor activity. You recognize and understand that the safety laws, regulations, and requirements for any indoor or outdoor activity may vary widely from your home country’s similar laws, regulations, and requirements. You also understand that standard of medical care and other services in India may differ from your home country and you agree to Release and Discharge the ATTA and its agents, servants, employees and/or officers from any claim relating to medical, evacuation, or other services.
