Madhya Pradesh’s tour providers, the ATTA, and Madhya Pradesh Tourism are excited to showcase the pre-adventures offered at this year’s AdventureNEXT India.

Local tour operators have thoughtfully crafted four to seven-day itineraries featuring a combination of iconic landscapes and sites, off-the-beaten path places, distinctive experiences, and active adventures that showcase the tremendous potential of adventure offerings in Madhya Pradesh.

Pre-Adventures will be available for sign-up for hosted buyers beginning Wednesday, September 19. Please take time prior to the 19th to read thoroughly each of the itineraries before selecting your pre-adventure.

Any delegates participating in a Pre-Adventure need to arrive in India between November 26 and 29, depending on the start date and time of the pre-adventure. All pre-adventures end on Sunday, December 2 in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, the location of AdventureNEXT India.

Next Steps:

2.  Once you submit your registration, within about 24 hours you will receive a ticket number via email.

Approved hosted buyers and official media delegates are hosted on a pre-adventure at no cost.

FOR BUYERS:
Starting on September 19, please book the pre-adventure of your choice using your ticket number.

FOR MEDIA:
There are a limited quantity of spots on each tour for hosted media. Registration is not available to official media delegates through this system. If you are a hosted official media delegate, you will receive an email with a form to submit your top choices.

Before You Book:

• Read the itinerary thoroughly. Note the activities and trip difficulty rating and make sure they are suitable for your interest and ability.
• Double check your itinerary start time/date before booking airfare. Note: All delegates will transit through Delhi or another major Indian city hub, such as Mumbai, prior to arriving in Madhya Pradesh. Some pre-adventures explicitly include this travel in their itinerary and others do not. Either way, you will be transiting through Delhi or another city and likely need to overnight there prior to flying to Madhya Pradesh state.
  • Approved hosted buyers and official media delegates will have this hotel night and airport transfers in the transit city arranged and the cost covered.
• Hotel accommodations and most meals are provided during your adventure (see inclusions/exclusions in the itinerary PDF).
• Adventures have limited space and are available on a first come, first-served basis for buyers. They tend to book quickly, so please consider the timeline below.
• Pre-Adventure registration for buyers begins Wednesday, September 19. (Registration for media will be managed separately, please watch your email.)
• All pre-adventures are subject to change, and in extreme cases, cancellation. If this occurs, the ATTA will work with you to find an alternate adventure.
• Only one delegate per company/organization can book the same adventure.

Post-Adventures
Several post-adventures will be available to Buyers and Media who participate in a Pre-Adventure in Madhya Pradesh. Post-adventures begin on December 6 departing from Bhopal and end anytime between December 9 and 12, depending on the number of days. Adventures take place outside of Madhya Pradesh in northern India.
