Pre-Adventures

San Luis Potosí is known for its turquoise lagoons and limestone caves. Come explore a bit of San Luis Potosí and other amazing Mexican regions before the AdventureNEXT on one of these incredible Pre-Adventures. from one to seven days long.

All adventure package prices listed include food, accommodation, transport, guide/escort and activities. Adventures begin one to five days before AdventureNEXT and end on Sunday, November 29th. All AdventureNEXT delegates can enjoy a Pre-Adventure. Deadline for registration is September 30th.

Next Steps:

1. Register – only registered AdventureNEXT delegates may participate in Pre-Adventure. Once you register for the AdventureNEXT, you will receive a ticket number that you will need to register for an adventure.
2. Hosted Buyers and Media. Your adventure fee is covered, including accommodation, transportation and meals. Please find your adventure of choice and press the ‘Sign Up’ button and ensure you enter you ticket number which was provided to you during the registration process. Non-hosted buyers and media will still have their adventure fee covered, however will be responsible for their own airfare.
3. All other delegates have the opportunity to experience a Pre-NEXT Adventure – prices are listed. Please register for the adventure of your choice using your ticket number emailed to you. You will need to pay the tour operator directly to participate. Prices and contact information are listed in the PDFs for each adventure.

Before You Book:

• Hotel accommodations will be provided during your adventure. You are still responsible for your own accommodations the night before your trip begins and after your adventure
• Please take special note where and when your adventure begins and ends.
• All adventures end by November 29th at 4pm at the latest in San Luis Potosí City.
• Adventures have limited space and are on a first come, first-served basis.
• Deadline for registration is September 30.
• All Pre-Adventures are subject to change, and in extreme cases, cancellation. If this occurs, the ATTA will work with you to find an alternate adventure.
• San Luis Potosi and the ATTA prefer that only one staff person per company attend the same adventure.
