All media badge holders (media delegates) to ATTA events are expected to be “working media,” meaning no matter what your outlet you should be actively looking for ways to cover the adventure travel industry, ATTA members and the destination where the event takes place. We do not always require commission or assignments in order for your application to be accepted (this requirement can vary from event to event), but we will expect resulting publications. We track all media results from our events.
For each event the ATTA, together with the destination host, invites a number of media delegates to be fully hosted (registration fee as well as airfare and accommodation will be paid for by the ATTA and the destination host). The number of hosted delegates as well as the mix of home countries and types and titles of outlets changes for each event.
