Sustainable travel does not have to lack in richness that you are accustomed to – sustainable travel brings you more awareness, fullness, and intensity. Switzerland is pursuing its own sustainability strategy, ‘Swisstainable’. Sustainability has been a cornerstone of Switzerland for decades. From their intensive use of water power, high level of environmental awareness, or their forward-thinking in the expansion of their nationwide public transportation network, sustainability is rooted in the heart of the Swiss DNA.

Switzerland offers an abundant variety of landscapes, cultures, languages, activities and of course, incredible cuisine. Let’s explore what this breathtaking destination has to offer.

We will begin this trip in the Canton of Ticino, an Italian speaking region of southern Switzerland. Ticino is home to Alpine peaks and a Mediterranean climate immersed with cuisine, culture, and traditions. Continuing on our journey, we explore the town of Andermatt in the Canton of Uri, a wonderful and unique alpine environment surrounded by high mountains. Here we will discover the unique Swiss nature while doing some hiking on the local trails. Our final destination takes us to the Canton of Valais, an area that boasts majestic peaks that rise over 4,000 meters (13,000 feet), incredible glaciers, and fantastic vineyards.

In the spirit of being Swisstainable, our entire journey will take place by public transportation – synonymous with Swiss efficiency and excellence. We look forward to our adventure together, we cannot wait to see you!
