Catalonia is located in northeastern Spain and is a land characterized by its high mountains, its sunny Mediterranean coastline, its rich cultural heritage, and its exceptional cuisine.
This familiarization trip will take us to the Pyrenees Mountains, where the unspoiled natural environment invites you to enjoy the outdoors. A rack train will take us to Núria Valley where we will go horseback riding and cycling.
From there, we’ll head to Costa Brava where we will discover beautiful preserved medieval villages and hike the coastal path to reach the typical Mediterranean coves. A local biologist will introduce us to the local flora and fauna and their culinary uses.
The trip will end in Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Catalonia, and main entryway for visitors to the region.

Tour operator buyers and travel advisors from North America are invited to attend this Adventure FAM, operated by the Catalunya Tourist Board. Organizations from other regions may also be considered. The trip will consist of 8-10 participants.
