The 2013 Adventure Travel World Summit is your chance to discover Namibia’s culture, wildlife, history and endless horizons. Namibia Tourism is offering more than 30 Pre-Summit Adventures designed to showcase this incredible country. Your Pre-Summit Adventure options span from three to six days and include food, accommodations and adventures (prices are listed in booking portal).
Buyers, Specialty Adventure Travel Agents & Accredited Media
As with previous Summits, Namibia Tourism invites 2013 ATWS delegates who are buyers (outbound tour operators), specialty adventure travel agents and accredited media (subject to ATTA & Namibia’s review) to enjoy a Pre-Summit Adventures at no cost, including accommodations and meals. Participation is subject to approval and availability. Please complete the following application for approval.
PLEASE NOTE: The fully covered PSAs are intended exclusively for international outbound tour operators seriously investigating Namibia as a possible future offering from your company. Please apply for a fully covered FAM only if you genuinely intend to investigate the destination as a possible product offering.

Any delegate planning to attend the Pre-Summit Adventures (PSA) will be responsible for their hotel accommodation the night before the PSA, if needed.
All accommodations will be provided during the PSA.
All PSAs will return to Windhoek by Saturday, October 26th in time for the Summit’s official kick off.
All delegates will be responsible for their hotel accommodation starting Saturday, October 26th in Windhoek for the ATWS first kickoff, then depending on the Two Days of Adventure choice, all delegates are responsible for their accommodations in Swakopmund for the remainder of the Summit.
Your reservation is subject to approval and availability by both the ATTA and Namibia Tourism
All PSAs have limited space and are first-come, first-served
All PSAs are subject to change, and in extreme cases, cancellation. If this occurs, the ATTA will work with you to find an alternate PSA
