Day of Adventure – Monday, October 15, 2018
Toscana Promozione Turistica invites all 2018 ATWS delegates to explore Tuscany on a Day of Adventure.
Tuscany’s adventure tour operators crafted itineraries to experience the best Tuscany offers in a day. Go hiking, cycling, scuba diving, snorkeling, rafting, sailing, orienteering, spelunking, canyoning, or thermal spa floating!
Each Day of Adventure is free of charge for registered Summit delegates. Inclusions, exclusions, detailed itinerary, and a list of what to bring is included in the PDF itinerary for each adventure. PDF itineraries can be accessed by clicking “View Itinerary” on the Day of Adventure trip page.
Space is limited on Day of Adventures. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to change.
Meeting Point and Times
All adventures depart from and return to Teatro Verdi, Viale Giuseppe Verdi, 45, 51016 Montecatini Terme, on Monday, October 15, 2018. Departure times vary depending on the adventure. Please refer to the PDF itinerary by clicking “View Itinerary” on the Day of Adventure trip page.
A light breakfast will be provided between 6:00 am and 9:15 am.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your departure time to find your group and even earlier if you’d like to enjoy the provided light breakfast.
Travel time – Be prepared for a long day
Day of Adventures take place throughout the Tuscany region. Travel times to some Day of Adventures can be long depending on the destination. Review the itinerary details for travel times if this is a concern for you.
Day of Adventure registration next steps:
Guests of ATWS Delegates – Only registered guests of ATWS delegates may attend Day of Adventures and must pay the tour operator directly following their payment terms. ATWS registered guests must register for a Day of Adventure using their own ticket number.
If your guest does not have an ATWS ticket number, they cannot sign-up for a Day of Adventure at this time. We may allow unregistered guests if there is space after all registered ATWS delegates have the opportunity to sign-up. At that point, your unregistered guest will need to pay the tour operator directly to participate. If you would like your guest to be put on waitlist for your Day of Adventure, please email [email protected]
Prices for the Day of Adventure range from €60 to €150, with most being about €100.

By choosing a Pre-Summit and/or Day of Adventure tours, you recognize that neither the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA), nor its agents, servants, employees, and/or officers, are in any way responsible for any activities conducted by other entities. You further agree to Release and Discharge the ATTA and its agents, servants, employees and/or officers from any claim relating to either the selection of the other entities or the suitability of the entity to provide the indoor or outdoor activity. You recognize and understand that the safety laws, regulations, and requirements for any indoor or outdoor activity may vary widely from your home country’s similar laws, regulations, and requirements. You also understand that medical care in the host destination may differ from your home country and you agree to Release and Discharge the ATTA and its agents, servants, employees and/or officers from any claim relating to medical services.
