Refund/Cancellation Policies

ATTA Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership in the ATTA at any time and for any reason.

If ATTA refuses a new or renewing membership, organizations will be offered a refund for the remaining portion of their membership at the time of termination.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 30 days of joining may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $25 service fee.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

All benefits of physical or digital format received by member organization must be cancelled/returned to the ATTA.

All refund requests must be made by the organization’s primary contact or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the organization, card holder, and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

The above policies apply to all ATTA memberships unless otherwise noted in membership materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies.

ATTA Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by ATTA

The Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If ATTA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, ATTA has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Event Registration Cancellation by Participant

ATTA Annual Summit:

Transfer Policy: ATTA Members may transfer the financial value of their Summit registration to a co-worker or to the next ATWS for no charge if written notification (to info@adventuretravel.biz) is given 60 business days before the Summit – unless specifically stated on registration materials. After that point, the transfer service fee is $250. Companies who are not members of the ATTA can transfer their registration at any point for a $250 service fee.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given within 60 business days before the Summit; please plan accordingly. While the ATTA strongly encourages delegates to first consider transferring their registration to a co-worker or to the next ATWS, from the time of paid registration through the 61st day before the Summit delegates may elect to cancel their registration and receive 50% of the registration fees originally paid. Send your cancellation request to info@adventuretravel.biz.

Non-ATWS ATTA Events:

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee.

All ATTA Events:

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing or via email at info@adventuretravel.biz and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline (see above).

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the organization, attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all ATTA Events unless otherwise noted in event materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies.

ATTA Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Adventure Travel Trade Association require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the ATTA within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any ATTA product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by ATTA partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.

Products which are software or downloadable from any ATTA website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.

Occasionally I'll call one to ask him or her what she thinks of this or that, and it's been a very rewarding, mutually beneficial exchange that I would not have had if not for ATTA.
