Arriving to Sedona
By Air
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport – (PHX)
From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, take 1-10 west to 1-17 north, approximately 120 miles. Exit at #298 and turn north onto Scenic Route 179. Continue on SR 179 for 6 miles. Turn left at the first roundabout onto Ridge Trail Drive (hotel can be seen from Hwy 179). Drive time: approximately 1-1/2 hours.
Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers (from Phoenix International Airport)
Shuttle Service: From the airport to Sedona there are many options to choose from.
Rental Cars– The airport provides many options of rental car services to select from.
Taxi’s: Rates remain the same regardless of company, number of passengers and number of bags. The first mile is $5. Each additional mile is $2.30. Each hour of a traffic delay is $23. The minimum fare is $15.
Passports & Travel Visa
International visitors to the USA must carry a valid passport and, if required, a valid visa. For delegates who are citizens of countries that require a visa, the ATTA can provide you with an invitation letter to assist you in your visa application. Registered delegates only, fill out the Visa Letter Request Form. Your invitation letter will be delivered by email as a PDF file within five business days.
Climate
Weather in Sedona in November is in the mid 60°F/17°C’s in the day and in the low 40°F/4°C’s at night. Be sure to check the weather closer to the event to pack accordingly for any adventures you may take.
Attire
As with all ATTA events, the attire is ‘Adventure Casual’. Adventure Casual means jeans or pants with a shirt or fleece, on occasion you may see a sport jacket or very casual dress.
