Jordan’s participating tour operators, ATTA, and the Jordan Tourism Board could not be more excited to unveil the pre-adventures offering for AdventureNEXT Near East.
In an effort to showcase the country’s tremendous adventure tourism potential to delegates, Jordan’s tour operators have thoughtfully crafted two to six-day itineraries featuring a combination of iconic landscapes and sites, off-the-beaten path places, distinctive experiences, and active adventures available in Jordan.
While celebrated for its vast desert landscapes and the world famous UNESCO site, Petra, Jordan is much more than the sum of these two well-known facts. Join a pre-adventure to actively immerse yourself and discover the depths of Jordanian hospitality, the variety of flavors in its cuisine, and the diversity of its landscape.
Pre-Adventures will be available for sign-up beginning on March 15, 2017. Please take time prior to the 15th to read through each of the itineraries before selecting your pre-adventure.
Delegates need to arrive in Amman, Jordan (Airport code: AMM) between May 9 and May 13, depending on the start date and time of your pre- adventure. All pre-adventures end on Monday, May 15 by 4:00pm at the Kempinski Ishtar Hotel Dead Sea, the location of AdventureNEXT Near East.
Register for AdventureNEXT Near East, if you have not already. All registered AdventureNEXT delegates have the opportunity to experience a pre-adventure in Jordan. Don’t miss out!
Once you register for the AdventureNEXT, you will receive a ticket number. Starting on March 15, please register for the pre-adventure of your choice using the ticket number emailed to you. Deadline to secure your space on a pre-adventure is Friday, March 31.

If you have not been selected as a hosted buyer or media, you need to pay the tour operator directly to participate. Prices and contact information are listed in the PDF for each adventure.

The ATTA highly recommends that all AdventureNEXT participants purchase travel insurance to provide the level of protection and support you require during your involvement at AdventureNEXT and during Pre-Adventure or Post-Adventure activities. The ATTA encourages delegates to consider purchasing travel insurance with ATTA’s Travel Insurance Partner – World Nomads. Additional ATTA travel insurance and safety/medical member providers include: AIG, Global Rescue, and Ripcord – powered by Redpoint.
